I don't know about you, but I love looking a people's bookshelves. Mine are usually the messiest things in the world, but now I've organised [ALPHABETICALLY] my books and gotten a new storage-space-book-holder-thing, so I thought I would share some photos...

I'm happy with the end result, I love how the new space holds the books and makes them look more organised. But it means I have to double stack [does that make sense? Like have a row at the back and then a row in front] the books, which could make it annoying to get at some of them. I moved loads of books out of my room and to my sister's, which she was very pleased about- so this was a win-win situation.
Also, I did a quick Google search of 'bookcase staircase' and look at these:
I definitely want these in my house when I'm older.

ReplyDeleteAmazing bookshelves, I'm so jealous!! I have a little alcove and shove books upon books in a somewhat frenzy...must organize them too, but I don't think alphabetically, I prefer by genre.That staircase is incredible!!
