1. Best Book You Read In 2011?
Tough choice! Hmm, Delirium by Lauren Oliver
2. Most Disappointing Book/Book You Wish You Loved More Than You Did?
Really don't believe I have been disappointed by a book this year...
3. Most surprising (in a good way!) book of 2011?
Entangled! I thought I would like it, but I was so surprised about how much I really enjoyed it. If I could choose one book to read forever, it would be Entangled by Cat Clarke.
4. Book you recommended to people most in 2011?
Delirium by Lauren Oliver
5. Best series you discovered in 2011?

Gone by Michael Grant.
6. Favorite new authors you discovered in 2011?
Cat Clarke, Lauren Oliver, Michael Grant and Suzanne Collins.
7. Best book that was out of your comfort zone or was a new genre for you?
The Hunger Games aren't really the type of book I'd usually read, nor are the Gone books.
8. Most thrilling, unputdownable book in 2011?
Entangled.
9. Book you most anticipated in 2011?
Delirium!
10. Favorite cover of a book you read in 2011?
I liked the cover of The Body Finder and Forgive My Fins was pretty.
11. Most memorable character in 2011?
Adam from Boys Don't Cry.
12. Most beautifully written book read in 2011?
The Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor.
13. Book that had the greatest impact on you in 2011?
For emotional impact, Entangled by Car Clarke. In terms of having a big impact of 'I WANNA READ THIS AGAIN!', probably Threads by Sophia Bennett because a lot of the things I love were in that book.
14. Book you can't believe you waited UNTIL 2011 to finally read?
Hush, Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick. I ended up reading the whole series in the space of 2 days, they're addictive! Also The Hunger Games. They'd been recommended by so many people, why did I wait until 2011?!
15. Favorite Passage/Quote From A Book You Read In 2011?
"Love: a single word, a wispy thing, a word no bigger or longer than an edge. That's what it is: an edge; a razor. It draws up through the center of your life, cutting everything in two. Before and after. The rest of the world falls away on either side.” Delirium by Lauren Oliver. I saw this quote on The Perpetual Page Turner and I have to agree that it's an amazing quote.
16. Book That You Read In 2011 That Would Be Most Likely To Reread In 2012?
The Daughter of Smoke and Bone. I really want to read this again, so I definitely will in 2012.
17. Book That Had A Scene In It That Had You Reeling And Dying To Talk To Somebody About It? (a WTF moment, an epic revelation, a steamy kiss, etc. etc.) Be careful of spoilers!
Delirium and the all of The Hunger Games books. I wanted to scream 'OMG! OMG! NO WAY!' to somebody at various points throughout.
Book Blogging/Reading Life in 2011 (optional)
1. New favorite book blog you discovered in 2011?
Definitely the wonderful BookHi run by Zoe. This is one of my favourite blogs and it's run by the nicest person in the world.
2. Favorite review that you wrote in 2010?
Gone by Michael Grant, because I remember there was just so much I wanted to say about how amazing the book was!
3. Best discussion you had on your blog?
Having only one discussion on the blog, my Kindle post at the beginning of the year will have to be my favourite! Looking back now, the post itself isn't very well written, but lets hope 2012 will bring more discussion posts.
4. Best event that you participated in (author signings, festivals, virtual events, memes, etc.)?
When I met Lauren Oliver, squeeee! She was so nice, lovely to talk to and the whole evening was fun.
6. Best moment of book blogging in 2011?
Right at the start of the year when I was loving it so much and blogging at every chance I could. I'm getting back into the swing of loving blogging and seeing as I spend 99% of my life on a computer, I'm pretty sure I could be posting a lot more!
7. Most Popular Post This Year On Your Blog (whether it be by comments or views)?
My post on Harry Potter got the most views this year, for me.
8. Post You Wished Got A Little More Love?
I'm not sure... I try to write posts for myself and to help other people find books they would enjoy, not for comments or views, but they're really nice to get. I don't wish any of my posts had gotten more love [I don't think], but I do hope that my posts aren't too boring and people actually read them :p
9. Best bookish discover (book related sites, book stores, etc.)?
I would say Twitter, but I'm useless with it and get bored so quickly. I think I've had 3 so far and deleted them all... But I do think it's brilliant for staying up-to-date with book-ish news and talking to other bloggers.
10. Did you complete any reading challenges or goals that you had set for yourself at the beginning of this year?
I completed me e-book challenge! I went over it as well, wooop!
Looking Ahead...
1. One Thing You Hope To Accomplish Or Do In Your Reading/Blogging In 2012?
Post. A lot more. I should probably be a lot less lazy and bother writing reviews for books I've loved. I'd also like to comment on other people's posts more, as comments really can let people know tht you enjoy what they're doing.
